mae
I just paid one dollar for a brand new Mae song called "The House That Fire Built." Mae is donating 100% of the proceeds to charity. Mae is one of my favorite bands and they are trying to promote the idea of making a difference in the world. They're using their "fame" and musical talents to accomplish good. What this trio plans to do this new year for various charities is something pretty special. SEE, I'm already starting to do more "good" this year. Dollar well spent.
Freshhh
It's the new year and I welcome it with open arms.
Seeing Dick Clark on tv again was pretty inspirational.
Here's a mini New Year's resolutions list that I am making up right now:
1. be the best person i am capable of being
2. do well in school
3. do "good" (Boy Meets World reference)
4. get a job
5. get better at the guitar
6. be nicer to people (even strangers)
7. take advantage of CRV
8. not completely suck at basketball (aka play more often)
9. spend less time in front of a computer
10. stop taking things for granted

[missing the madre but she's there in spirit]
